Overview of Slovenian Designers’ Society Output
In the year 2010 when Ljubljana was bestowed with the much coveted title of World Book Capital, the Slovenian Designers’ Society organised a conceptual exhibition of selected works of its members.

Visual communication designers presented books, book collections, the finest magazines and catalogues, as well as logos, signs and posters linked to the promotion of book fairs, reading events, new publications, and publishing houses. Industrial designers exhibited products designed to be read either sitting down, lying down, or in other positions under standing, hanging or otherwise mounted light sources. Product designers presented the performing poetics of staged literary works, and unique-object designers will spotlight objects that have enriched our quotidian existence, enabling us to gladly return from those magnificent worlds through which we were guided by authors, bards or playwrights.
